PRACTICE MANAGER

What does Barbara do?

Barbara is our amazing Practice Manager. She has overall responsibility for ensuring the Practice runs smoothly, that client service is maintained to the highest standards, while constantly looking for ways to improve the way we do things.

Of course she does more than that, she is the guardian of the ‘family feel’ to our culture and makes sure all the staff are looked after. As the undoubted Matriarch of the business, she is invaluable to clients and the team alike.

What do you enjoy about your work?

I was one of the first people Jon and Michal employed and have loved every minute of the journey so far and have loved being a part of Enterprise’s continual growth.

On a day to day basis I enjoy seeing the team well organised, so I love ‘to do’ lists.  We also have lot of really wonderful clients who are great to work with so I love being part of helping their business grow. It goes without saying really, but I enjoy working with our hard working team too, there is a great feeling around the place.

What do you enjoy about life?

On the whole I am a very positive person and just love life in general (after all life is a gift worth treasuring). I have lots of friends and a family that I love and it’s a standing joke my social diary is always booked up months in advance. I love to go on holiday, socialise, drink wine and eat!

Do you have a pet hate or things people do that irritates you?

I must admit as I have gotten older I get irritated a lot more easily. People who ‘waffle’ on …. Get to the point! (I’m older and time is running out for me!)  People who don’t respond to emails …. Rude! People who don’t tidy up after themselves ….. Idle!

…. All that said though, on the whole I do generally like people ha ha
