PRACTICE MANAGER

What does Catherine do?

Catherine is our amazing Practice Manager. She has overall responsibility for ensuring the Practice runs smoothly, that client service is maintained to the highest standards, while constantly looking for ways to improve what we do and how we do things.

This ranges from managing the practice finances, supporting all the staff, coordinating the administration side of the practice, ensuring all the IT systems works and covering all our compliance & regulatory functions.

Of course she does more than that, she is the glue that holds the Practice together and as such  she is invaluable to directors, clients and the team alike.

What do you enjoy about your work?

On a day to day basis I enjoy seeing the team well organised and working effectively.  We have a lot of wonderful clients who are great to work with and so I love being part of helping their business grow.

What do you enjoy about life?

I am a very positive person and just love life in general (after all life is a gift worth treasuring). I have lots of friends and a family that I love and enjoying spending time with them. I love to travel, socialise and enjoy myself.

Do you have a pet hate or things that happen or things people do that irritates you?

I must admit that I’m not great with rude people.  There will always be times that are pressured or stressful but there’s never an excuse for bad manners or rudeness.
